Anthony Lorenz is one of the best-known names in the London property market. He started Baker Lorenz in 1972 specialising in Agency and Professional work such as Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Lease Restructuring. In 2001, his company Baker Lorenz was sold to Hercules PLC, who then merged Baker Lorenz with Dunlop Heywood to become Dunlop Heywood Lorenz, which, in turn, was subsequently purchased by another public company. In 2007 he formed The Lorenz Consultancy.

Richard joined The Lorenz Consultancy in July 2016 as Head of Lease Advisory & Professional Department. He has over 20 years’ experience in Lease Advisory dealing with professional advice, asset management and agency throughout the UK, with a Central London bias. Richard’s background and experience includes: Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals, for both Landlords and Tenants; preparation of Expert Witness reports to facilitate Arbitration / Expert; PACT and Court procedures; portfolio strategy – exploring opportunities within Clients’ portfolios; advising across all commercial property sectors, specifically offices, retail, leisure and warehouse / industrial.

Andrew joined The Lorenz Consultancy in March 2008, and is now Head of the Agency Department. His property career started in December 2006 at Martin Gerrard Estate Agents, as a Sales Negotiator, within the north London residential market. His speciality comprises acquisitions and disposals within many sectors including the leisure, industrial, retail, and predominantly the office market, focussed in and around Mayfair and Central London generally.

He specialises in acting for Tenants and Landlords alike on the acquisition and disposal of UK commercial property, with a focus on Central London offices. In addition, Bailey works closely with the Professional Department on Lease Renewal, Rent Review, and Lease Restructuring negotiations. Away from the office, Bailey is a member of West Sussex Golf Club where he holds an impressive handicap of 1.

Sam joined The Lorenz Consultancy in January 2022 bringing over 10 years of experience across various commercial property competencies including; Agency and Investment, Landlord and Tenant, and Management. Having qualified in October 2016, Sam specialises in transactional disposals and acquisitions across all asset classes, with a niche for central London offices. He will predominantly work within the expanding Agency Department. He is also on hand to assist our Client's with any of their Lease Advisory needs, further strengthening our Professional team. Sam is a registered counsellor providing support for APC candidates.
