Owned by theatrical visionary Andrew Lloyd Webber – who has created some of the world’s most popular and timeless musical productions – LW Theatre have staged some of London’s most spectacular theatre productions, since they started up back in 1977. They are now the largest operator of musical theatres in London.

They appointed us on their June 2019 Rent Review, against Toy Room Club, an exclusive haunt for the arts, fashion and celebrities, which is located in the basement of the iconic London Palladium. We agreed this review at a 14% rental increase.
