Long Standing Tenant Lease Surrendered for Vacant Possession to Develop 



Engineering Management Services had been in occupation of the self-contained ground and mezzanine floor for a substantial period, and were introduced to us when it was apparent they would need to relocate in time with the expiry of their lease in November 2018.

Whilst monitoring the market for suitable options, which were extremely thin to say the least, we simultaneously negotiated the early surrender of the lease with the Landlord, who required vacant possession sooner to accommodate their development schedule, and as a quid pro quo towards vacating early, our Client received financial compensation.
