In the south-west of London, Chelsea has a reputation for being home to many wealthy and affluent residents. This is cemented in Sloane Square, a symbol of the best things that money can buy.

Transport links aren’t as plentiful as other parts of London, with South Kensington, Sloane Square and Fulham Broadway being the only tube stations nearby. It makes up for what it lacks here with key locations, with Hyde Park to the north and the River Thames and Battersea Park to the south.

There is also an international presence here, with around 6% of the population having been born in North America. The National Army Museum and Saatchi Gallery add an element of culture. Having an office or commercial property in Chelsea would see you join a reputable community.
