Marylebone & NOHO
Marylebone is a chic residential area of London which has a real village feel and unique ambience with its array of coffee bars, eateries and luxury retail outlets. Famous former residents of Marylebone range from the fictional Sherlock Holmes in Baker Street through to John Lennon. It is also home to the world famous Madame Tussauds waxwork and an eclectic mix of businesses located within it from retail to the professional sector.
Being located north of Oxford Street and adjacent to Mayfair it attracts a range of professional sector companies like accountants, commercial property consultants and family offices. It was once home to many national retail headquarters including Marks & Spencer. However, in recent years many of these have downsized or moved out of London and been replaced by commercial property agents attracted to the area by the modern hub and savings on overheads.
There are excellent transport links in and around Marylebone including tube services from stations including Baker Street, Bond Street and Marble Arch. It has its own mainline railway station with train services to popular destinations such as Birmingham and Oxford. There are also fantastic road links to Heathrow and the west via the A40(M).
The Lorenz Consultancy has strong links and relationships with both Tenants and entrepreneurial Landlords in the Marylebone area. Given these trusted relationships, we are one of few boutique commercial property Agencies who can access office space to let in this highly sought-after area.
