Mayfair & St James


Mayfair is synonymous worldwide with luxury and is home to the rich and famous. The streets are lined with five star hotels, the finest restaurants and bars, plus elegant Georgian townhouses. St James’s adjoins Mayfair, and whilst often thought of as being part of Mayfair, it has a much different ambience, and is characterised by its royal connections such as Horse Guards Parade.

Mayfair and St James’s both boast an array of stunning offices, and are a desirable location for hedge funds, banks and other professional sector companies such as property companies and law firms, and due to this  office accommodation the location has achieved world record rents on multiple occasions, and maintains the highest rental tone per sq ft in London.

Mayfair has some of the world’s most famous streets, with its boundaries some of the most expensive streets on the original Monopoly board. This includes the international retail destinations of Oxford Street, Piccadilly and Park Lane, which is home to an array of luxury hotels, retailers, showrooms, galleries, restaurants, bars, and clubs.

Notwithstanding the fact that Mayfair and St James are the places to be, transport links are exceptional. Mayfair is home to, and surrounded by, four underground stations: Piccadilly Circus, Bond Street, Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Soon it will be home to the new Elizabeth line as well.
