Paddington

London

Paddington is a thriving part of London, thanks to big investment in a regeneration project. In its centre you will find Paddington Station, designed by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and open since 1854. The children’s author Michael Bond named his famous bear, Paddington, after it too. There are famous landmarks all around, including St Mary’s Hospital and the Waterside.

The number of tube stations close by is modest, with just Paddington, Edgware Road and Lancaster Gate. But the main station provides a national link with services from the west country and south Wales. The Heathrow Express line runs between the airport and the station, providing an international connection. This is boosted by the large number of hotels in the area.

There is no shortage of green space in and around Paddington. The Green can be found within the district, while Hyde Park lies to the south. In the north, Little Venice is home to many waterside cafes and bars, while further along you will find the BBC Maida Vale Studios.

With so much activity going on, having a Paddington office is sure to keep you busy. Here at Lorenz, we can help you find the ideal commercial property, or keep your minimise your property outgoings going forward on existing premises.
