Acting on Behalf of the Tenant, M&M Group, a luxury jewellery business, Lorenz were instructed to dispose of the remainder of their Berkeley Square leasehold interest on best Terms.
Following a proactive and targeted marketing campaign, Lorenz generated significant interest in the premises, which led to the Landlord agreeing to take back the premises for themselves, in order to re-let the space to a tenant of their choosing.
Most importantly, this brought an immediate end to all of our Client’s liabilities under the lease and resulted in a very cost effective outcome.
