Having agreed to dilapidations with the previous tenant and undertaken the works, we successfully pre-agreed terms with a gallery/arts business that took a 10-year lease at an improved rent of £188,000 per annum.
The premises were let and occupied less than two months after the expiry of the former lease, minimising a void period for the client.
